OPPORTUNITY
A tech-enabled home builder, Homebound's mission is to ensure everyone has the opportunity to find a place they can call home. Starting in disaster relief, the company helped communities rebuild after wildfires in California and Colorado, as well as Hurricane Ian in Florida. Branching out into the Texas market, the company is also building their own portfolio of homes unique to Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
Helping to lead the visual identity of Homebound's buyer collateral, below are samples of floorplans, moodboards, open house assets, and buyer catalogs. I was also able to lead the company signage, which can be viewed, here.
This work was completed while at Homebound.

Marketing & Sales Collateral
To help tell the Homebound story as well as enhance the Homebound buyer experience, I collaborate closely with our team architects, interior designers, account executives, and external rendering partners on the development of sales and marketing materials. Supporting collateral include:
Floor Plans | Design Moodboards | Personalization Catalogs & Trifolds | Buyer Journey Documents
Lot-Specific, Open House Flyers | Mailers | Newsletters | Social Posts

Crafting the Home Buyer Journey
In tandem with the Personalization Option Catalog, I helped develop many supplemental pieces to support the home buyer journey. Below is just a snippet of a second document that guides buyers through early pre-sales and customization options.

Rendering & Photo Editing
At times, our homes would be photographed just prior to the landscape being done, the trim being painted, or staging added to the interior. To help save on costs, I would edit the images in-house to closely match the latest appearance and set up: Updating colors, editing out painter's tape, digitally 'sweeping' the driveway to remove rocks, or adding in newly planted trees. This treatment was also applied to our renderings if a paint color came out differently than we had anticipated in real life.

Another way to combat rendering costs was to do any variations in-house! Changes often consisted of color updates, to adding new garage doors, and different roof material. The shown renderings were developed for Fort Myers Beach as the company helps residence rebuild after Hurricane Ian in 2022.
